Please allow 7-10 business days to receive order from the date you placed your order. Business days do not include Holidays!
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.
return & exchange policy
All sells are final and there are no refunds! Due to the nature of our business and the demand for OUR product exchanges can ONLY be made within 7 days of purchase in the original packaging with original receipt.

DO NOT REMOVE RUBBERBANDS FROM THE HAIR OR ALL EXCHANGES WILL BE VOID AND NOT EXCEPTED! Once hair has been tampered/altered UNFORGETTABLE HAIR BOUTIQUE is not responsible for any damages.

If for any reason it is determined that Unforgettable Hair Boutique is at fault we will refund or exchange the product to the customer.
